Attached file is MessagesBe.php version 12817 plus current translation of system messages in Belarusian Wikipedia (names from 1 to D), checked against their English counterparts in current version of Messages.php. I can't create patch file myself, please create it from attached file. Thank you for help.

Please use Project: to refer the project namespace and {{SITENAME}} to the name of the site. This way the language file is generic and works on all projects regardless of their names.
Праект is Belarusian translation of generic term Project. Unfortunately {{SITENAME}} could not be used in this case due grammar mistake: correct text should be Пра Вікіпэдыю, but {{SITENAME}} will generate Пра Вікіпэдыя. So I think these translations are correct.

I'll replace Праект with {{ns:Project}} and live {{SITENAME}} until {{grammar:}} function will be implemented. Solution with {{grammar:}} is great, but I think will be better to solve one problem at time :-)

A proposal for {{grammar:}} was made at http://nike.users.idler.fi/betawiki/project:LanguageBe.php_and_MessagesBe.php It can be activated after aprouval from Belarusian community.
Grammar function implementation is OK (checked be me and Red Winged Duck). Please add it to LanguageBe.php.
Committed grammar and messages to trunk. Removed redundant messages and incorporated changes suggested in Betawiki. Copyrightwarning should be fixed some time. Reopen this bug if there is something that needs fixing. And thanks for the patch.

Applied in r16842 with a minor fix (quoting). Maybe you can fix this warnings: 2 messages of 635 in be don't use some variables while en uses them: * copyrightwarning * userstatstext btw: please open a new bug next time.
