At 09:02 PST Got multiple timeout from wmflabs while trying to run https://tools.wmflabs.org/xtools/pcount/index.php?name=Robsinden&lang=en&wiki=wikipedia followed by a long stream of apparent error messages, followed by the usual charts and graphs. Expected result: nice neat graphical charts of edit count statistics. Error messages excerpt: Warning: Cannot unset offset in a non-array variable in /data/project/xtools/public_html/counter_commons/HTTP.php on line 126 Warning: Cannot unset offset in a non-array variable in /data/project/xtools/public_html/counter_commons/HTTP.php on line 127 Warning: Invalid argument supplied for foreach() in /data/project/xtools/public_html/counter_commons/HTTP.php on line 131 Notice: Undefined index: 1 in /data/project/xtools/public_html/pcount/counter.php on line 199 Notice: Undefined index: 1 in /data/project/xtools/public_html/pcount/counter.php on line 207 Notice: Undefined index: 2 in /data/project/xtools/public_html/pcount/counter.php on line 199 Notice: Undefined index: 2 in /data/project/xtools/public_html/pcount/counter.php Notice: Undefined index: 10 in /data/project/xtools/public_html/pcount/counter.php on line 199 Notice: Undefined index: 10 in /data/project/xtools/public_html/pcount/counter.php on line 207 Notic (it goes on for quite a while, in the same pattern) I assume the whole dump is not needed.

lex ein: Is this a problem with the general Labs infrastructure, or with this specific tool? See the description of "tools" under https://bugzilla.wikimedia.org/describecomponents.cgi?product=Wikimedia%20Labs
At this moment, according to Coren at IRC #wikimedia-labs/#wikimedia-tech, it's due to an ongoing DDOS against tools.wmflabs.org via http to "heavy scripts".
Thanks. Also see bug 57968 which was about http being slow before.
bug 57968 was Resolved/fixed per Marc A. Pelletier, so this one is too.
