The "[" and "]" brackets around the [show]/[hide] buttons (next to "Contents") in tables of contents on wiki pages are not localizable.
Any example language where you'd use a difference string instead of square brackets?
Currently no language has customized brackets as far as I can tell. Usually these should be part of the message, but might not be worth it here.

Change 100184 had a related patch set uploaded by Siebrand: Use 'brackets' message instead of hard coded brackets https://gerrit.wikimedia.org/r/100184
Change 100184 abandoned by Siebrand: Use 'brackets' message instead of hard coded brackets https://gerrit.wikimedia.org/r/100184
This + bug 58449 + bug 62067 = everything should be localised. So we have to make a message for each show/hide X?
