Description Yair Rand 2013-11-25 01:35:11 UTC
The "[" and "]" brackets around the [show]/[hide] buttons (next to "Contents") in tables of contents on wiki pages are not localizable.
Comment 1 Andre Klapper 2013-11-25 11:40:13 UTC
Any example language where you'd use a difference string instead of square brackets?
Comment 2 Niklas Laxström 2013-11-25 11:54:39 UTC
Currently no language has customized brackets as far as I can tell.

Usually these should be part of the message, but might not be worth it here.

Yes, in ase. Square brackets look very strange in that context.

Change 100184 had a related patch set uploaded by Siebrand:
Use 'brackets' message instead of hard coded brackets

Comment 5 Gerrit Notification Bot 2014-03-07 10:55:49 UTC
Change 100184 abandoned by Siebrand:
Use 'brackets' message instead of hard coded brackets

Comment 6 Nemo 2014-08-30 16:20:18 UTC
This + bug 58449 + bug 62067 = everything should be localised. So we have to make a message for each show/hide X?
