Wikimedia Bugzilla is closed!

Wikimedia has migrated from Bugzilla to Phabricator. Bug reports should be created and updated in Wikimedia Phabricator instead. Please create an account in Phabricator and add your Bugzilla email address to it.
Wikimedia Bugzilla is read-only. If you try to edit or create any bug report in Bugzilla you will be shown an intentional error message.
In order to access the Phabricator task corresponding to a Bugzilla report, just remove "static-" from its URL.
You could still run searches in Bugzilla or access your list of votes but bug reports will obviously not be up-to-date in Bugzilla.

Description Kyle Barbour 2006-04-18 06:11:05 UTC
When a comment (<!-- like this -->) was placed inside <ref> tags on the [[Brown
University]] article (diff:
it's a large diff as I was converting the article to cite, the bit I'm referring
to is the second change in the first section, line 39), the comment appeared in
the text. When I looked down to the references section where the cited material
was, where the comment would have been in the text there was the following
string of text: "UNIQ60e03810afc8773-HTMLCommentStrip6c2bcb45683b8a5300000001."
When the comment was removed (diff:
the offending text went away.
