Lately, you've created a new namespace in Hebrew Wikiquote - Portal, פורטל.
However, when I moved a page into that namespace, I noticed that the title,
should be פורטל, is <nstab-פורטל>. It should show the namespace name instead -
פורטל - for it looks better, and describes the page, until we think about
something better.

It's left like this on purpose as a hint to the user as to what needs changing.

Since people don't seem to get the hint; I'd recommend changing it back to something that looks decent by default.
