In the wikitext editor, I am able rapidly speed up editing by previewing and saving via keyboard shortcuts. On Chrome/OSX this is CTRL-Option-S. 

I'd really love to have a keyboard shortcut in VE, and it doesn't necessary need to be the same one as in wikitext, though that would be ideal. Having to mouse over all the way up to the far top left of the page to save every time is pretty annoying.
