Description Jon Harald Søby 2006-03-21 19:50:49 UTC
I have no idea why, but on certain pages it seems that bots log out to add
interwikis. Just check the history of [[no:JSP]]:
http://no.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=JSP&curid=5435&action=history

One of the bots is [[no:Bruker:YurikBot]], one is mine ([[no:Bruker:JhsBot]]),
and a couple of other bots have edited it too. The page was protected against
spam earlier, maybe that has something to do with it? The same thing has
happened with [[no:Jens Stoltenberg]], which has also been protected (against
vandalism).

Ja
Comment 2 Rob Church 2006-04-01 23:05:04 UTC
I can't see how this can be something related to MediaWiki unless it's a loss of
session data, which happens to human editors a lot of the time. Check the bot
framework handles a protected page in a sane fashion.
