Hi all,

Some users have been reported that the interwiki link is incorrect, they should be 
linked into the same WikiMedia project. For this case, this should be linked into 
wikinews: or {{SITENAME}} instead of wikipedia: .

Our internal documentation was missing the step to properly update the interwiki 
cache, leading to incorrect output. Fixed.
