I know that there is always some discussion of reliability of pages in Wikipedia. Have you folks thought about adding features to judge reliability? For example, you could add a 'voting' system that allows readers to rate an article from 1 to 10. I suspect that one objection will be that 'if a reader thinks an article is just a one-star, they should fix it rather than vote on it'. However, I suspect that there are knowledgeable readers in the audience who would take time to rate an article, but may not have time to edit it. Anyway, the concept is that the rating would encompass the collective wisdom of the audience without requiring a moderator to judge whether an article is having problems. For example, if the average for all wiki articles is 7.8, then an article rating a 5.2 may have more problems. Michael
Actually there already is such a feature; see [[m:Article_validation_feature]]. But it has not been used on Wikimedia projects yet. On http://www.magnusmanske.de/wikipeerdia/ you can see how it works.
