If you move a page which you have on your watch list, after the move the page is
no longer watched.

Confirmed on test.wikipedia.org (1.4 pre alpha).

We should certainly keep the watch flag set on the old article but as well set
one on the new article.

This is a new bug; it's supposed to add the new title to your watchlist but is no longer doing so.

Lovely inverted logic error: && where should have been ||.

Fixed in CVS head, 1.3 branch. Live on wikipedia and ready for 1.3.1 release.
