Some languages (French, Spanish, etc) have some extra characters such as á, à or
Â. If an article starts with that sign, it appers in the category at the end,
after Z. However, in Spanish, French etc, those characters aren´t separate
letters, they are just accented, and should be alphebetized as an 'A', in this
instance.
