1) Mark a page for translation
2) Make an edit
3) Revert it
4) Click the "since it was last marked for translation" link [Niklas: it's a feature, that you can re-mark identical revision]

Instead of the whole "New and existing translation units" section with all the page content, I'd like to see a note that there are no changes, like empty diffs.
