Description wiki.pedia.WiseFool 2006-01-21 22:58:15 UTC
Find an article with a section whose title contains italics, like
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/NSA_warrantless_surveillance_controversy

After editing the section, you are redirected to the page you edited, but you
aren't sent down to the section you edited. The marker for the section had the
formatting wikitax stripped out of it, but the redirect sent to your browser
after section editing doesn't strip out the wikitax before giving you the URI.
Such as
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/NSA_warrantless_surveillance_controversy#.27.27The_New_York_Times.27.27_reports
(the .27 for the ' characters)
