There is no obvious way to refresh an unreadable captcha. 
This is a bug because:
1 - It is inconsistent with most other comercial products that use captcha. Typically there is a refresh button.
2 - refreshing the whole page to get a new captcha is a possible usability issue because entered account information is lost on refresh.
