I'd really like it if I could put in a CIDR range and have CheckUser return all
edits from any address in that range.  It would help me immensely in dealing
with vandals who edit from dynamic ranges and especially for open proxies
located at hosting centers that don't use fixed addresses.

Done for /16 and /24. Others sizes would be harder with current text storage of IP info.
