For instance:
*I opened a page. its directory like that:
==0==      [edit]

==1==      [edit]

==2==      [edit]
*When I read this page, someone delete the section 0 and save. Now I click the section button of section 1.
*The section that jump to is not the section 1. It become section 2.
*It looks like the section edit button will change as directory change. The section edit do not always match the section. 
*This will often appear in some page editing frequently, especially bot involved in editing. It make the users place informations under the wrong section.
