{{REVISIONID}} should use numbers of local language (same as {{NUMBEROFARTICLES}}).

Changed the request to:
Provide an option for {{REVISIONID}} to use numbers of local language

Without the option {{REVISIONID}} should behave unchanged else it might brake
some templates / pages.

Revision ID needs to be clean ASCII digits or you can't do anything useful with it.
