This bug relates to titles mentioned at Bug 4598: Order of title recognition and bold / italic rendering should be reversed Exact search for *G''t* etc. should be possible regardles how google search works. This isn't something that can be done very efficiently, and is at best a niche issue. Toolserver tools should be able to take care of this adequately for now.
