should add a new column to the page table called page_is_disambig (or similar) to enable detection, and future features regarding Disambiguation pages

Guess this probably also wants a maintenance script writing to go with it, to populate said column.

And then re-write/update SpecialDisambiguations.php where necessary

Correct along with any associated edit detection so that the status is maintained
