When trying to upload images to Wikipedia (via IE 5.2.3, Mac OS 10.2.8) there are problems with the 
licensing selection bar. The only options which can be selected are "none selected", "I don't know the 
license" or "found the image somewhere" (i.e., the top three). all of the others either appear as pale 
grey and unselectable or don't appear at all. This means that all the licensing templates (all the useful 
ones, at least) have to be hand entered. It's just a minor niggle, but it's a bug and may be a symptom 
of something bigger, so it hought I should report it.
