Description Mark 2005-12-13 22:52:35 UTC
The Divehi Wikipedia should be Right-to-Left (like
ar.wiki, fa.wiki, ur.wiki, ps.wiki, he.wiki...).

There are already Wikipedians in the Maldives who are more
than ready to get started on this Wikipedia, however,
since it is currently situated from Left-to-Right, work
has been much slower than they would like and so far only
a handful of pages have been created.

The entire site displays incorrectly. Somebody, please
change the directionality of dv.wiki so they can start
work on a free, neutral encyclopaedia usable to all
Maldivians and Dhivehi speakers worldwide.

On a side note, a handful of other WPs need directionality
changed: sd.wiki, ug.wiki, ks.wiki, arc.wiki

ޝުކުރިއްޔާ (shukuriyyaa, Divehi for "thanks")
Comment 1 Mark 2005-12-14 01:34:41 UTC
Changed to "major" because it makes
that Wikipedia virtually unusable, when
there are people who are very much
ready to jump in.

Need to create dummy language files.

Thanks for the report.

The bug is now fixed in HEAD and rel 1.5. It will be in 1.5.4. I am also
updating wikimedia cluster.
