I'm not quite sure what's up with it (or if it's very slow.. IIRC we have some db errors related to it(?)), but it won't execute on enwikinews... It just hangs

Going to try and look into it more. I think this might be what's causing bug 42152...

Takes about 5min for me, high, but finite.

It isn't puppetised, so presumably got wiped during the hume reinstall/upgrade
