We can change the language variant and get converted body text by appending eg 'variant=zh-cn' or 'variant=sr-el' on action=mobileview -- this is nice and is letting us start to support language variants in the app (bug 32906).

However, conversion is not applied to section names or the normalized page title, giving you a kind of mixed output that's not very ideal.

Probably have to separately apply conversion similarly to what OutputPage does in various places for non-body text.
