To understand the problem please take a look at the Java tools at the bottom of
the edit area at

The first contains  T T2 T3 T4 T5 T6 R ▼Mallineet the seccond does *not*.

A different example is

"Einklappen" ("hide") / "Ausklappen" ("show") is preserved regardless of the
selected language for the user interface. This means that
[[MediaWiki:Monobook.js]] is taken from the *content language* and is preserved
regardles of the *selected user interface*. 

There are many wiki's ( LanguageXx.php files) where the missing
[[MediaWiki:Editortools]] / [[MediaWiki:Javatools]] is implemented at
[[MediaWiki:Summary]] or alternatively at [[MediaWiki:Copyrightwarning]]. These
are *not* preserved when the language of the user interface is changed.

If there is a need to have *both* a "content language" related message *and* a
user "interface language" related message we could use
[[MediaWiki:Contenttools]] and [[MediaWiki:Languagetools]]. The first should be
preserved regardles of the selected user interface *but* the second should change.

Implementing these messages with a "show" / "hide" option would help to keep the
page more compact.
