On my userpage I have a picture that does exist in Commons. Only in Meta does
this not show itself..

I think that the problem is: you've uploaded the image to the commons, but to
meta too. And the meta version is somewhat buggy and it's overriding commons.
Delete the meta one and I think it'll work.

When you can delete it for me I am happy.. I am not a Meta admin. I also have
not uploaded this picture to Meta as far as I can remember.. This picture was
functional until the move to the new Commons server..

I'm not a meta admin either, but you can kindly ask one. It seems that the meta
image page for that image has the location of the image listed wrong.
