Currently the output of MediaWiki's info action does not create links for the values of the "Page creator" and "Latest editor" fields (e.g., <https://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/MediaWiki?action=info>). These should be auto-linked. Usernames should link to the user page; IP addresses should link to IP address' Special:Contributions page. There should be a function to this somewhere. Marking this as easy.
