Hallo, Activating [[MediaWiki:Tog-enotifusertalkpages]] :: :: Email me when my user talk page is changed would allow email notification when your talk page was changed. Not on large wikis it isn't. But I don't see that it's really got anything to do with this end of things until there is consensus on a particular wiki.
Already fixed by a while on most wikis.
