Description lɛʁi לערי ריינהארט 2005-11-11 21:35:31 UTC
Hallo!

I could see that some projects as wiktionaries have a *small* number of *major*
contributors.

It would be nice to be able to filter these out.

This could be implemented in adding a box to insert a limited number (5?, 10?)
of users. Contributions of these users would be filtered out as *an additional*
limitation to the standard querry.

Benefits:
a) This is not identical to hide *own* contributions from
[[Special:Recentchanges]] because one could filter another user / more other users.
b) If you visit a project once a week you can see who was active *beside* the
main contributors.

The line has to be drawn somewhere. Introducing this sort of variable
conditional into recent changes is going to start hurting performance sooner or
later.
