A screenshot that shows the problem. Note the placement of the period at the end of the last sentence of the bubble.

Directionality of text in the bubble on the map is assigned according to the phone's locale. It should rather be assigned according to the directionality of the Wikipedia from which the text for the bubbles is taken.

To reproduce:
* Set the phone locale to Hebrew or Arabic.
* Set the app setting to read the English Wikipedia.
* Tap Nearby and tap a marker. Notice that the punctuation at the end of the text will be on the wrong side.
