Dear friends,

At http://nl.wiktionary.org/wiki/Overleg:Jiddisch the link generated with
[[י&#64285;דיש]] shows red but the page "exists":

This bug relates to "Precombined characters" "NON-precombined characters". See

bug 2399 comment 25: Unicode normalization interferes with Hebrew and Arabic
with vowels

It seams that the steps order to verify the pages existence is not done properly:
- first make the normalisation
- then verify if the page is there
