A quick comment on the patch, To actually get a new input method working, we need to register this in the extensions. Narayam.php has the examples, it will also require couple of interface messages in Narayam.i18n.php

Updated bolnagri keymap. There is issue of AltGr invoking wiki shortcuts when accessing extended rules.
