The collapsible section arrows for Vector tabs and sidebar are low-resolution raster images, which are visibly blurry on a high-resolution screen such as the third-gen iPad with Retina display or when zooming in.

Recommend replacing with an SVG with PNG fallback.

I created vector version of the triangles on Core and Vector Extensions that should allow SVG-capable devices to use hi-resolution graphics. Related patchsets are:
