Description Ryan Dabler 2005-09-15 14:34:49 UTC
On the English Wikisource, when some of the pages were transfered over from the main
Wikisource, there were problems with their histories. This problem has been
rememedied, but now when users try to access these pages ("Author:Al Gore",
or "Gifts"), we get the following error message:

The database did not find the text of a page that it should have found, named "Gifts".

This is usually caused by following an outdated diff or history link to a page that
has been deleted.

If this is not the case, you may have found a bug in the software. Please report this
to an administrator, making note of the URL.

Can someone correct this so we can use our author pages (especially) and get our
subdomain up and running? "Wikisource:Bad transfers" has a list of pages that
exhibit this problem.

It has just been pointed out that everything on Special:Shortpages over at the
English Wikisource is exhibiting this database error.

Fixed (maintenance/attachLatest.php in CVS should it be needed again)
