It should be possible to have a feature similar to
http://de.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Spezial:Contributions&target=194.95.93.0/24
to get IP contributions from whole subnets. It is sometimes occuring that people
vandalize via IP and get banned. They reconnect to their ISP and get a different
IP address from the same subnet. Following them is not that easy and might
result in missed vandalized pages.
