The site notices at the top of each page at the Vietnamese Wikipedia,
Wiktionary, Wikibooks, and Wikiquote have stopped responding to changes at
[[vi:MediaWiki:Sitenotice]]. The site notice has been frozen ever since the new
Vietnamese language pack was installed on those wikis. I have even tried
deleting and undeleting the message, to no avail.
