On a history page, the last entry does not contain a link to a diff
against the previous version, even though this is not the last page
of a long history.

Problem is persisting, when changing pages, sometimes new version are missing 
whatsoever, sometimes you may reach them by clicking "next 50" - it's chaos!

Fixed on HEAD; now does a check for whether this is really the earliest revision when 
it gets to the end of the chunk, and uses an oldid=prev difflink if not.
