Fix for the issue (932 bytes, patch)

Fix for the issue

I have tried uploading a photoshop image in my MediaWiki installation, but it did not work out. The problem is that the mime type "image/vnd.adobe.photoshop" is not allowed currently.

To fix this shortcoming I have added the according mime types to and mime.types. I will attach a patch.

I would be glad, if you would integrate it.

Thank you for your patch. However, as psd was already in the list, I added image/vnd.adobe.photoshop as alias for image/x-photoshop in r104312.

Thanks for committing it so quickly, Bryan!
