Description Jon Harald Søby 2011-10-30 23:17:58 UTC
The search and replace function has an unexpected behaviour. If you want to replace strings one by one (instead of replace all), you can click "replace next", but this will replace the next string it finds, not the one that is highlighted.

This is unexpected and unfortunate because you should be replacing the string you see highlighted, not the next string which you will not see. The button and behaviour should be changed to say just "replace", and replace the instance which is highlighted. This is standard behaviour in all text editors I have ever used.
