"Results 1-4 of 4" appears as a header even when there 
are no search results.  For instance, a search carried 
out on the english Wikipedia at 11:11 UTC on Thursday 
August 18:

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Special:Search?
ns0=1&search=otherlangs&fulltext=Search

Other searches returning fewer than 4 results had a 
similar header.  Some results returning 0 results had a 
suitable
