Wikimedia has migrated from Bugzilla to Phabricator. Bug reports should be created and updated in Wikimedia Phabricator instead. Please create an account in Phabricator and add your Bugzilla email address to it.
Wikimedia Bugzilla is read-only. If you try to edit or create any bug report in Bugzilla you will be shown an intentional error message.
In order to access the Phabricator task corresponding to a Bugzilla report, just remove "static-" from its URL.
You could still run searches in Bugzilla or access your list of votes but bug reports will obviously not be up-to-date in Bugzilla.

Since Bug 15073 request various features, I'm opening an individual bug for the following (and adding it as a blocker for that bug):

Once we get some kind of structure to associate separate pages with books on Wikibooks/Wikisources (bug 5071), it will be useful for editors if the sofware could also
> "create an automatic table of contents. Consider a page like [[Special:Tableofcontents/Book_name]], which we could also transclude into another page if we wanted to".

PS: This is also in the TODO list of [[mw:Extension:BookManager#Future_improvements]].
