Description mikael79@yahoo.com 2005-08-01 16:34:44 UTC
I would like to extend the "pipe trick" a bit. Today, foo (bar) is, as is
well known, resolved as foo. However, I think that also anchors
should be treated in a similar way, so that foo#bar would resolve to
foo. The logical conclusion, I think, if 'foo' is left out (i.e.
#bar as a link to a section on the same page) would be to convert it to
bar.

see bug845: "#foo, /bar should be equivalent to foo,
bar (new use of "pipe trick")"
