Wikimedia Bugzilla is closed!

I am experiencing this problem on the English Wikipedia.

[[Wikipedia:Cleanup/Leftovers]] used to be a redirect to [[:Category:Cleanup by
month]].  When you try to visit [[Wikipedia:Cleanup/Leftovers]] and let the
redirect happen, when you arrive at the target page, you see the description for
the category, but there are no articles or subcategories listed, and the headers
for these sections are also missing.  If you visit [[:Category:Cleanup by
month]] directly (by URL or by the Go box), the category displays normally.  (I
have changed this to a soft redirect as a temporary workaround.)
