This particular site has the Wikipedia header missing. I suspect is the style sheet or CSS that surrounds the article.

I have viewed this site on on the IBM and Mac platform using the following OS and browsers:
Windows XP Professional, Service Pack 3
Windows 7, Service Pack 1 - Firefox 3.6.1.3, 
Mac OS X 10.5.8 - Firefox 3.6.1.3, Safari 5.0.3
