Attachments Add an attachment (proposed patch, testcase, etc.)

Description db [inactive,noenotif] 2011-03-05 16:21:05 UTC In RenameUserJob.php is some special code for special cases. But there are only affected to revision/archive. But images can also be restored or deleted or reuploaded while a rename is in process. That is missing. Please add that special case. Thanks.
