1) references don't link to footnote and footnote not to reference: there is a not useful underscore

Item 1 is a dupe of bug #27474, I think.

Item 2 is not a bug. In the mentioned page it was a reference section in the table given as example. That was the reason why the second reference section didn't work. 
Fixed.
