Most of the text fails to display on the Release rights step in IE6 and IE7. I've been working on troubleshooting this, but haven't found the cause yet.

It looks like the text is failing to be appended into mwe-upwiz-deeds for some reason.

The following functions seem to be failing IE6 and IE7:
gM( 'mwe-upwiz-source-ownwork', 1 )
gM( 'mwe-upwiz-source-thirdparty', 1 )

Neil says he has a fix in the works. Reassigning to him.
