The so-called progress bar that is produced by the dump jobs for stubs and page/meta/history dumps should contain the process id of the job producing the output; this way if one job is encountering errors and the others are not, we can easily determine which one has the problem and investigate.

in trunk for dumps of text revisions: r84843.  still needs fix for stubs, abstracts.
