Watchlist button icon screenshot from IE7

Steps to reproduce:
1. Logged in user visits the main page.(http://prototype.wikimedia.org/rc-en/index.php/Main_Page)
2. Observe the 'Add this page to your watchlist' button.

Actual result:
'Add this page to your watchlist' button is not centered.
(Refer the screen shot)

Expected result:
'Add this page to your watchlist' button should be centered.

The CSS hack I used to get IE6 working was affecting IE7 as well - now I'm using a more targeted hack. Fixed in r81430.

Bug still exist in IE7. Re-opening.

The fix probably is only in trunk atm and not on any live sites (eg: prototype).
