Wikilinks breaks if a page title contains double apostrophes since this is used to start the following text to get an italic face. Either such titles should be prevented or preferably double apostrophes inside wikilinks should not result in italic text. This does not making sense.

Note you can still link by escaping apostrophe's with %27
