Wikimedia Bugzilla is closed!

In Turkish Wikimedia projects, category tree section headings are alphabetized according to the English alphabet with the result that letters in the Turkish alphabet which are not in the English alphabet (namely: Ç ç Ğ ğ ı İ Ö ö Ş ş Ü ü) appear out of sequence at the end of the category tree. 

For example:

http://tr.wikipedia.org/wiki/Kategori:Vikipedi

(where "Ç", "İ" and "Ş" appear at the end of the category tree)

The correct sequence for upper case letters should be:

A B C Ç D E F G Ğ H I İ J K L M N O Ö P R S Ş T U Ü V Y Z

And for lower case letters:

a b c ç d e f g ğ h ı i j k l m n o ö p r s ş t u ü v y z

It would be greatly appreciated if this ordering can be maintained throughout all Turkish Wikimedia projects.
